Hello everyone!
This workout is sure to get your heart pumping. I know mine got a wake-up call today!
Be sure to warm up and warm down before and after doing any workout. Also, do not push yourself to the point of injury.
30 Jumping Jacks (cardio)
30 Lunges on each side (butt, legs)
30 Jumping Jacks
30 Squats (butt)
30 Jumping Jacks
30 High Jumps (butt, upper/lower leg, cardio)
30 Push-ups (arms, chest)
30 Crunches (abs) hold a 30 second bridge after this
30 second Plank (abs, arms, endurance)
Good Luck and once again, do not push yourself to the point of injury! This worked me I hope it will help you too!
