Happy New Year everyone! Is it just me or does it feel as if 2012 flew by!? I must say that 2012 was one of the best years for me. New friends, graduation, birthdays, and so much more. It may even be safe to call the best year ever. With the new year, I'm given the opportunity to only make this year better than last year, right? I'm super excited to see what this year has in store for me. I've set many goals for myself especially since I've graduated. As with everyone around this time of year. One of my biggest goals is to become more fit and healthy. I might as well jump on the bandwagon...New year, new beginnings huh?
I'll be keeping this blog to document my progress, random happenings, and to also share with you all techniques I've used to get to what I want to become by the end of this year. Though I'll be working on improving every part of my body inside and out, my primary focus will be long distance running and core strength. I naturally have an athletic build but other than dance in high school, and the occasional gym time, I've never really been that active. To be frank, my metabolism has kept me the size I am. I want to work on my body, whip it into shape, and for once, see my abs. I know they're in there somewhere. :)
I hope that you will join me on my journey and read my other pages about my other goals and ambitions and join me there also. 2013 will be the year of improvement. I'm determined.
